It's always interesting to see Colorado Springs making national news....here's a clip from last night's ABC nightly newscast, focusing on the city's budget cuts.
If the turning off of streetlights and selling of police helicopters didn't seem a little extreme or odd to you, it apparently is unusual enough to make national news.
